Wax Melts

Each wax melt includes a care card with wax melt care & melting instructions as well as instructions how to safely melt your wax melts on the bottom label. Wax melts add a fragrant enhancement to living and work spaces and are safe to enjoy, but we encourage care and attention to the following guidelines:

- Never leave wax melts unattended.

- Ensure the dish / burner isn’t overfilled with wax.

- Do Not Eat.

- Keep away from children and pets to ensure they are not ingested.

- Never add fragrance / essential oils or water to the wax or burner.

- Wait until the wax melt burner has cooled down before moving or removing the wax

- Ensure the surface under the burner is heatproof.

To maintain a safe environment when using wax melts, it's essential to keep them within sight, away from drafts and vibrations, out of reach of children and pets, and avoid placing them near anything that can catch fire.

Our preferred way is to turn on your warmer, slightly heating it for no more than 15 seconds and then pushing it slightly and it will pop out very easily, then it can be disposed of as per your local guidelines.

If using water to clean your burner - Ensure the burner is throughly dry before using it again. 

Always remove any residue before changing to a different scent.

Wax melts should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place.

If they are stored correctly, they will last 12+ months. They are likely to last much longer but for them to be at their best, we recommend they are used within 12 months.

It's crucial to be aware that neglecting to adhere to these instructions can result in inaccuracies in burning time, potential heat damage, injuries, and fire hazards.
